Gillibrand: Votes there for first responder care


Health Care: WASHINGTON (AP) — A New York senator is predicting that the scaled-back costs of a bill to provide Health Care to the police and Firefighters who were first on the scene of the country’s worst Terrorist Attack will win Senate passage.
