Tsunami : What is this? A magnitude 7.4 Earthquake near the Bonin Islands off southern Japan has led that nation's Meteorological Agency to issue a Tsunami warning for the Ogasawara Islands about 500 miles from Tokyo and Tsunami advisories for some coastal areas of Japan.
