Imperial County CA does not have standing woth 9th Circuit Court of Appeals!!! Get ready CA gays; lavender weddings for all!

So, 9th Circuit said that Imperial County had no standing to oppose gay marriage, so CA Supreme Court will need to decide on Prop 8?
